An announcement from the FA on Thursday night confirmed: ‘Bukayo Saka has left the England camp having examined optimistic for Covid-19.
‘The Arsenal participant has been isolating from the remainder of the squad at St. George’s Park since Wednesday and has now returned residence.’
Saka posted a message on social media after his withdrawal, saying: ‘I’m gutted to withdraw from the England camp however I’ve examined optimistic for Covid-19 and I might be isolating till I’m damaging.
‘I’ll be supporting the boys from residence this weekend and I can’t wait to be being again doing what I like quickly.’
