The patriarch of Omatseye household in Warri, Delta State, Professor Jim Nesin Omatseye appealed to those that disagree with the article titled: “Obi-tuary by Sam Omatseye” to not hurt their son.

Reacting to the event on Friday on cellphone, he famous that it isn’t misplaced for individuals to disagree with a journalist’s opinion, mentioning that the author, like each different particular person, is entitled to his opinion.

He mentioned: “I wish to react to the destructive response that’s coming from many quarters on account of the article Obi-tuary, which was written by Sam Omatseye, who’s a member of my household.

“The response that’s trailing that publication, I consider, it’s on account of what is going on within the nation; the state of insecurity, the excessive degree of poverty, the struggling of so many individuals. And on account of this, persons are in search of change, whether or not from the correct or from the left.
