“Mrs Ebelechukwu Obiano (Osodieme), the First Woman of Anambra state has reacted to the stripping and parading of a widow accused of committing adultery in Eziagulu-Otu, Aguleri, Anambra East Council Space.

She was not solely publicly condemned over alleged adultery, however paraded bare on the streets. I have to say that the conduct of the individuals who took legal guidelines into their fingers to debase the lady was barbaric and disgusting,” she acknowledged.

“How may anybody have contrived to topic a fellow human being to such debasing therapy on this twenty first century? I’m significantly sad as a result of it’s a clear betrayal and an affront on the values of our society and counters the efforts we made within the final eight years to advertise the dignity and respect for our ladies.”

Mrs Obiano mentioned that she has already referred to as the eye of the related authorities to weigh in and convey the perpetrators of the dastardly act to e book because it can’t be condoned within the society.
